  Dave stopped by to review my furnace which had stopped working. He was able to analyze the problem swiftly. He quickly got in touch with the service manager and ordered the part to fix. They stopped by next day to replace the control board. The technician also explained correct maintenance procedures. They were quick and efficient. The service manager Dan was very courteous and get the issue resolved before the weather turned cold. I have a service agreement with them and I would recommend that to get the best service and great rates.

  Viccarone came out to service our furnace during the winter because it was acting up. Turns out the pack of filters we bought was more restrictive of air flow than the previous (but same ones we had been buying for years) pack, and the system was overheating and shutting itself off after a minute or two so it wouldn't break. Technician recommended we switch to the one month filters, and performed routine maintenance. Had them back out the following spring (last week) to service our A/C, since we bought the service plan. Different technician, but both were great, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the office staff was knowledgeable, very helpful, and easy to work with, both when contacted about the original problem and when scheduling the spring check.
