  Roger is great. He came out to check our air conditioner. He to us that it was junk. He waved the service fee, and told us that if he finds a used one he would think about us. Well a week later he called and said he found one. He came out didn't charge us for the unit just for labor. He donated the unit. He is amazing. Thank you Roger. He works with you if you can't pay upfront and I would definitely call him before you call the big box service companies. He not only served our country but he serves those in need.

  Roger is a real pillar of society. A decorated war vet who served for almost 10 yrs doing 3 tours in Afghanistan and 1 in Iraq (or visa-versa) I forgot. He showed me his discharge papers form DD214 which includes the medals he earned. My personal experience with him started over the phone. I was ripped off by another hvac guy in the amount of $2700.00 before calling Roger. Roger installed the condenser that the other guy gave me + provided and installed a high efficiency furnace. After paying the 2700 to a bum and Roger's fees the total was 6000.00. I took bids which were more than that. Roger basically absorbed that 2700 cost. I can't thank him enough. I am a disabled veteran who was also an electrical contractor starting in 1987. The man does good work and kept his promise. 5 stars

  Roger is one of the best business owners I have ever done business with. Very hard working and knows his products well. Had a complete system replaced and done things better than another company I had give me a price.
