  From beginning to end, everything turned out fantastic! Kelly helped me out with the unit we needed and Stephen and Earl did a fantastic job on the install on a Saturday. Kelly came back to make sure everything was installed correctly and was in working order. Can't thank them enough for the job they did! Highly recommended.

  I highly recommend Veterans AC & Heating. They have quickly and successfully resolved all of my AC service requests over the last few years. They came highly recommended to me and their great service has earned my repeat business. They are very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and do not attempt to up-sell you with more than you need. Katie, in their front office, has always gotten back with me quickly to help schedule an appointment.

  I called them last year with a problem and got the AC serviced at a rent house. The tech told me to call and schedule one more appointment because the work needed 2 techs. Despite numerous calls, no one every returned my call and I did not have the additional work done. I chalked it up to the pandemic. This year I called and asked for a checkup appointment on 2 more rent houses. I was told Katie would call me back to set up the appointments. No word from the company again and when I called back 6 hours later, I was told again.....Katie would call me back. Don't waste your time leaving messages with this company. They are already too busy to be able to set up an appointment.
