There is nothing worse than your AC dying in Florida.  Velocity Air Conditioning Inc is amazing.  They are unbelievably professional and fast and their prices are right.  I called at 6pm on Tuesday night and Wednesday at  11am they were at the house ready to work.  Within a couple hours we were back up and running and it is once again cold in the house!!  The kids, the dog and myself could not be more grateful - especially with the expected high temp of 89degrees outside today.  Highly recommend this team of professionals for you AC needs!!

I find this hard to believe a review less than 5 stars would be assessed. I had my first experience with Brad last week as he quoted prices for what I wanted to get done in my home. I had already got other estimates and had one more to be done. After discussing the scope with Brad, we decided to move forward.  Today I had work completed by Zayen & Steve, what a amazing job. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations and that is not a easy thing to do. I would without a doubt recommend and utilize their business.

Professional, efficient, neat and polite. The entire experience was perfect. I was amazed and so pleased to have same day service call and then next day complete installation of new unit when both the pandemic and the holidays would generally mean long delays. Highly recommend this company and the installers Cliff and Brandon.

Had a heating problem on Saturday, the coldest day in 4 years.  Called Velocity and they came  out in a very timely manner. Erik H. was prompt and very professional. He spent time finding the issue and fixed it. He suggested ways of preventing future problems. I signed up for the Gold package for $20 mo. Thanks for your great service. Will definitely call again if issues arise.

Our 11-year-old A/C unit was acting up on a particularly warm December Sunday.  Velocity was the first to respond to an Angi's list query.  In truth I expected to schedule a tech later in the week as I didn't consider it an emergency.  About an hour later a service tech, Foster, was knocking at my door.  He did a thorough inspection and presented a couple options for repair or replace.  I was impressed with the price and features of a replacement unit he recommended and committed to a new installation.  The very next day, the installation team of Zayon and Steve arrived.  I have purchased 6 or 7 A/C systems in the past and observed most of the installations.   This team was by far the most efficient and effective.  They were thoroughly prepared working off notes and pictures taken by Foster a day earlier.  They even replaced the 40 amp breaker for a correct 35 amp.  They were careful to answer all my questions and explained in detail the functioning of the new unit.   They did a thorough clean up after the installation which was performed in less than 4 hours.  I look forward to calling on Velocity for future A/C service needs and highly recommend the company.

Zayon and Steve are great at their profession. They have great customer services skills. Very informative about any questions or concerns you may have. Most importantly, they clean up behind themselves.  I would and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I am usually very apprehensive calling for any type of home service as there are many inexperience and non-professional companies. Very happy with Velocity. 5 stars from me for being responsive, on time, knowledgeable and very professional. my go to company for any HVAC issues
