  What a fabulous find. An acquaintance recommended them when I needed an a/c unit checked on an older home. I dealt with Rick, one of the owners, who was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Both times I called (at the last minute, I might add) he was there within the hour. He figured out the problem right away and provided a cost-effective solution. On the second visit, when an interior part burnt out and I opted to also replace the motor just to be safe, he waived the trip fee to save us money. Just a really nice, honest guy, in a day and age when that is less and less common. Thanks to V-M, we'll have peace of mind through the hot summer. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
