I’ve been a customer for almost 30 years and Vaughn has always responded quickly to all my emergency calls, with courtesy and professionalism. The service team has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had a leak in my oil tank and Vaughn quoted me a fair and reasonable price to replace it. Shawn and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job from start to finish!

I've been a loyal customer of Vaughn Oil for 20+ years and they've always been a pleasure to deal with. I had a few emergency-type situations over this span and they've always responded quickly to restore my heat to working order. Oil based water heater replacement. Very fair cost estimate. Work was completed on time and no corners were skipped. True repair specialists did an exceptional job. I am very happy with their performance and would most certainly use them again.
