I’ve been a customer for almost 30 years and Vaughn has always responded quickly to all my emergency calls, with courtesy and professionalism. The service team has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had a leak in my oil tank and Vaughn quoted me a fair and reasonable price to replace it. Shawn and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job from start to finish!

I've been a loyal customer of Vaughn Oil for 20+ years and they've always been a pleasure to deal with. I had a few emergency-type situations over this span and they've always responded quickly to restore my heat to working order. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, and their prices remain competitive. I highly recommend Vaughn oil to anybody wanting a better choice!

Oil based water heater replacement. Very fair cost estimate. Work was completed on time and no corners were skipped. True repair specialists did an exceptional job. I am very happy with their performance and would most certainly use them again.
