  Incredible service! Professional, responsive, friendly and beyond knowledgeable. I've lived in this home 14 years and didn't until today understand as much about heat and AC as I learned inside of one hour! For anyone who like me are looking to assess and maintain optimal use of heat and air, call this service FIRST! Honest, honest, honest!!!

  Starting with the important part; these are your guys. Our house was built with less than half the returns needed for the system. We had several folks come out and assess and give quotes, they all noticed the return issue. Joe and his crew had the best solution and were very reasonably priced. He laid out all the options and didn't try to over sell us on things. Here's the kicker, every supply chain is feeling the strain from COVID, and our unit got pretty delayed. We had a kid due and were really trying to get this wrapped up before the due date. The delay meant that wasn't an option, so Joe reworked the plan with alternatives so we would be able to get things wrapped up in time. Above and beyond. We trust them, and while I don't expect we'll have any issues, we will continue to use these guys for service and recommend them.

  Mr Smithee from Vaughn Heating and Cooling was very professional and nice! He tended to all of the repairs that were needed. He took the time to clearly explain our heating and cooling system to us and answered all of our questions. We very much appreciate his expertise and we will not hesitate to call again if we run into an issue in the future. We highly recommend this service!
