  The man's knowledge of his trade was so good he fixed my problem over the phone telling me exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. I will always recommend him as a plumber to anyone

  He was very responsive I left a message and he got back to me in the same day he's also very nice and very fast and efficient I will definitely be using him again

  First called Vassar November 5. Left message. No response. Called again the next week, he answered and said he’d been under the weather, understandable. He said he’d call back when he got caught up. Waited another week called him back and had to leave another message and still no call back. If you can’t come and do the job or don’t want to , it would be considerate to call and let someone know so they can find someone else. Certainly wouldn’t use now or recommend. Thanks for nothing.
