James was so helpful and wonderful. Excited to do the job and very knowledgeable. He was honest about the repairs unlike the large company i used to service the unit that told me I needed a new system. He examined that eventually that would be the case but after some troubleshooting he replaced the fan and now everything works great. Thank you Vandy's for you dedication to true customer care, my family and I will forever be greatful.
