  Van Dyken fixed my air conditioner in July when it stopped working. I didn't receive the invoice until mid September where they billed for three hours of labor. In reading this bill, I determined that I would dispute the amount of hours worked as I did not think the three hours billed was appropriate. I contacted Van Dyken and the receptionist told me that I needed to contact someone else and she couldn't help me. After many attempts at reaching out to other departments within their company, no one seemed to know how to assist. I just received notification (December 2020) that my dispute was denied. That said, Van Dyken had extremely poor communication and response times. They failed to answer my questions and my requests for assistance. BAD EXPERIENCE.

  A huge thank you to everyone at Van Dyken Mechanical! We appreciate your professionalism and quick responses from the office staff to Mike, and the service crew, when handling any of our building issues. We cannot imagine running our preventative maintenance and emergency calls with anyone else.
