  We've always used this company and been pretty happy with the service and response time. I bought my business in November 2019 and have paid them after each visit. Because the former owner did not pay off his balance, the owner refused to send a repairman to look at our door, even though I do not owe and outstanding balance. Very bad business practice. VPR has the former owner's info to collect the debt, but expects me to pay it so they'll return to do work. Not gonna happen. Just lost my respect and my business.

  Horrible service. Only one technician actually knows what they’re doing. They will tell you they’ve fixed something, have you pay and leave, only to find out that it’s not fixed at all. Then you have to call them back again to actually fix it and you will have to pay again. Scam company with unprofessional and rude owner. Do not do business with these people, they will scam you.
