  We are very satisfied with Valley Mechanical, Shane was prompt when we had unexpected issues. He was very professional, transparent and gave us details so that we were able to make an educated decision on how to proceed with our entire unit.   Technician arrived on-time. Shane was very professional and provided great quality service. I've dealt with many heating and cooling companies over the years and this was by far the best experience. Honest technician, who put our well-being first! Our home is cool and comfortable! Shane also took the time to provide me with tips on maintaining and extending the life of our existing AC unit. Thank you, Shane!

  Shane was very attentive and super responsive with different requests we had. He had our new system within a week... on a holiday week!!! We felt very comfortable letting Shane and his team be in our home. We felt like one of the family with them and will use them and recommend them to our family and friends!!
