I was very satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of the service technician. He was very thorough and explained in detail the status of my A/C and heating units. He gave me a breakdown of the options I had and didn't try to sell me on any one certain option. He gave me the information to make up my own mind.

My family and I were long overdue for replacing our heating, ac system and complete ducts and vents in our house. The quality service from the Valley Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Solar staff was very good, efficient and honestly the best we could have asked for and received from them.

The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. No pressure to upgrade my old system but informed me of some potential problems due to its age. I felt very comfortable and will have him work on my system in the future.
