  I have been using Valley Heating and Cooling for 15+ years and have always been very satisfied with their owner, technicians and installers. They are quick to respond and will guarantee their work/products. Recently had a new gas furnace installed by Brandon B and Vance K. They were both very courteous, professional, personable and timely. Alex T was the technician that discovered the unit was old and could have been fixed with parts but the unit was 20 years old and I elected to replace instead of having to worry that it would need further repairs down the road. Thanks for the quick turnaround on replacing this unit within 24 hours of discovery!

  I have used Valley Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs for 20+ years. Today they installed a new unit at my home. I could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and courteous team. Brandon B. and Vance K.did a fantastic job and were so patient answering all my many questions.   Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful during the initial visit. He gave us a good deal. The crew that installed was on time, and completed the work in a timely manner. But, Mr. Carr followed up on the install when I had a minor issue. He made sure the issue was corrected… plus made sure the house was heated evenly.
