  Amazing service! I was impressed with their professionalism and fair pricing. When I didn't have heat, I called Valley Comfort Systems and they came out the same day. The-same-day. Now that's excellent service! They explained the problem and returned the next day with the solution. I will tell all my family, friends, and coworkers about Valley Comfort Systems.

  While I know heat rises, and having a two story opening in our living room, the upstairs was always VERY warm and toasty, while our downstairs, our open living and dining room and kitchen were always VERY COLD. Our inside temperature always registered as 5-7 degrees colder than what I had the thermostat set on. We could never get our downstairs area warm enough to be comfortable. We always ran a small space heater in our TV room (separate room off of our living room) to keep that room warm. Dean had our issues taken care of very quickly. He replaced our furnace filter (which was way past due for replacement), and suggested that I set the fan setting on our thermostat to “on” instead of “auto”. He running the fan all the time (which he said did not really use up that much more electricity) would help to distribute the heat more evenly upstairs and downstairs. This morning when I got up and checked the thermostat, the inside temp (74) was actually 2 degrees HIGHER than the thermostat setting (72)!!! It was nice and warm downstairs, and not as stuffy hot upstairs. We will definitely be contacting Dean for an AC check/maintenance this spring. We now have him on “speed dial” for HVAC services. I highly recommend Dean and his company for HVAC services. He even showed me on Amazon what kind of tool (11-1 screwdriver) we need to remove the cover from the furnace. That handy-dandy screwdriver will be arriving tomorrow!

  Vadim answered my call on a Sunday and had my heat fixed immediately. I highly recommend him! You WONT find better customer service! My heat works perfect now! He diagnosed very quickly and install was quick and efficient. Perfection if you ask me!!!! It’s hard to find this kind of customer service nowadays!!!
