  This company is an ABSOLUTE joke. I worked there for years doing all sorts of jobs from office work to production. The mindset most employees have there is “it’s not my job” when tasked with something or asked to help with something they normally don’t do on a daily basis. Managers have meetings on meetings daily where ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is ever accomplished. To get a raise there it has to go through several different people. I watched co-workers sit on their phone or computer for hours on Facebook, Netflix, YouTube, etc with no punishment while other coworkers were up to their neck in work. It seems like HR runs the show there and even then when you have a legitimate concern they either ignore you or are working from home so your only form of communication is email (which they hardly ever respond to). Highly recommend avoiding this company at ALL costs as they don’t care about their employees so do you think they care about their customers? Went downhill fast once Valeo took over and they brought in their own people.
