  The company called to let us know the tech (who is also the owner) would be available earlier than expected, which was awesome because we were roasting with no air conditioning. They called to let us know he was on his way, great communication. He came, quickly identified the problem, and had the part on his truck to fix the air conditioner. He was professional and personable, and was here less than 5 minutes to complete the job. Now our AC is fixed and we are no longer miserable. Great work Greg.

  As a contractor myself, I was looking for a reputable company to work with.. Valdez Heating and Air installed a 5 ton package unit with a three zone system in the attic. Carlos did a fantastic job, as well as his help. I would absolutely recommend Valdez HVAC if your looking for great customer service and reliable people to work with. Thanks!!!
