  Our basement went from a meat locker to a warm and comfortable living space. We had an existing radiant floor system that was heated by an old water heater. It had been sitting for an undefined amount of time before moving in and I wanted to pressure test it to make sure it was in good condition. V&L worked closely with me over the phone and a few in person appointments to set my mind at ease and then recommended a system to replace the old one at a fair price. Andrew and the team were very realistic and straightforward about what I needed and did not need (unnecessary upgrades). Our basement is now nice to be in and we are very happy.

  We needed some work done on our new home and V & L was able to come by right away to give us a free estimate. The estimate was not only the lowest price in town but was done in a very friendly and informative manner. The job was able to be scheduled right away. It was done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. Great work. Great price. Great value. Would recommend!

  I needed someone quickly to fix a furnace issue that would have held up the sale of my house. Not only were they able to come out right away, but they were fair and honest and promptly fixed the problem. Katie in the office was friendly and helpful, and Andrew was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable! I would highly recommend V & L and Andrew for any heating or cooling needs you may have! This company deserves 5 stars and more!
