I really liked that he responded to my call right away. I couldn’t really make an appointment since it was an emergency. Yet, he was able to come as soon as he could. Resolved the problem right away. We had them come out to help us with an issue with our oven. They were able to come very quickly, were right on time, friendly and very helpful!  We will definitely call them again.
