  I recently used Urbana HVAC to disconnect and reconnect my AC unit for a patio install. One other thing I found interesting was that all other hard scape contractors felt they could easily disconnect and reconnect my AC unit since we wanted the unit to sit on the patio itself. Ours (HL design), however, suggested we call a professional to have this service done. This may have been an added cost but I believe it was the right advice seeing as there is much more that went into this than I had expected. I used Tony with Urbana HVAC for this and he was awesome in coming out on very short notice and performing the service at reasonable cost. I would highly recommend calling him for any HVAC needs.

  I’m glad we found him. My wife dropped her ring on the air duct, and he was able to retrieve it in less than an hour. He was very responsive and professional. Price is reasonable for the work he did. We will definitely use this company again for our routine heater and A/C maintenance.

  I own several rental properties, and have had service and installations throughout the years. Urbana Hvac is an open book. He explained everything to me, so that I was able to understand the problems my unit had. He gave me multiple options for my budget. On one unit he recognized that he could get my system back up and running, and let me know what to expect long term. He was honest and disnt take advantage of the situation. That has never been my experience with other companies in the past that always want to sell a new unit versus fixing my problem. He replaced another unit for me, but gave me options. He gave me choices for the different types of manufacturers and explained the difference and the costs. He did not push or over sell me. I really appreciated his honesty. After every quote that I received from HVAC Urbana, I would get quotes from other companys. Every bid was much higher, and none of the other companys had the patience or time to explain things to me. Do your due diligence and get multiple quotes, ask a lot of questions and see if you get the same result I did. Hands down Urbana HVAC! I took the time to write this because he saved me thousands in comparison, and the service was outstanding!
