  Up the Creek came highly recommended by another small business, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. Corey troubleshooted and repaired our walk in refrigerator as well as our hood system. When calling the office, they are always very pleasant and helpful, and we were able to get on the schedule in a timely manner. Great communication as well.

  Had our air conditioner stop cooling our house on a 104 degree day. After sweating the night away in a 90 degree house I called Up the creek Heating and Air at 6 am. got a call back to say they had a cancellation and could be at my house by 8 am. The repairman showed up around 8 and had my problem fixed in about 1/2 hour! Super nice, quick and efficient! MANY THANKS!!

  The tech thoroughly checked the system, found the hidden problem and fixed it quickly. He had the system cycle through the processes to confirm all was working well. Very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this company!
