  I was hoping to get my HVAC units fixed or replace with them but the person that they put me in touch with started not responding to my messages a few days after I joined their membership. Upon Googling the number listed with the membership contract, I discovered that that company has BBB rating of F, which, didn't exactly came as a surprise given that they just went AWOL on me. I have asked for the refund of $150 I paid for the membership but realistically I have been screwed by companies like this before unfortunately and the chance of you getting that money back is close to none. I'd highly suggest that you just avoid this place and save this headache.

  Up Draft Heating & Cooling is an exceptional company and they were responsive, informative and thorough. I needed them in an emergency and so thankful they were available. I will be using Up Draft Heating & Cooling for my yearly maintenance and telling everyone I know about the exceptional service and fabulous customer service.
