  Universal did an awesome job installing our water heater. It broke down in the dead of winter and they were quick to come and help. The crew were professional and worked quickly. I hope we don't need them again soon....but will definitely call them again if we do.

  Would absolutely recommend Universal Plumbing and Heating! They repaired our bad washing machine valve and redid the piping for our water heater/softener. From the time we called them to come out and do an estimate until they had finished the job, they were always very responsive and answered any of our questions we had. We need to replace our oil tank this summer and will without a doubt use them for the job!!!!

  Universal plumbing are the best plumbers in the area. John and Nick have been my plumber for almost 20 years and have always been punctual, efficient and honest in my dealings with them. I have always been happy with their work. They are also fair with their pricing.
