  We were very impressed with this company, our heating unit stopped working last night about 6 pm in -3 weather. We called 3 companies and were told no one could help us would be weeks. We then called universal heating and cooling and immediately someone answered and took our information. They were able to come out first thing in the morning and by 4 pm we had heat again. Had to order parts but was lucky that they got them in a few hours and came back to fix the heat , what impressed us most was the professionalism of each person we talked to from the phone to the service tech that arrived and they sent texts to us each step throughout the day to keep us posted . We will now be using this company for seasonal maintenance for our hvac unit and highly recommend them.

  Someone came out the same day I called to look at my furnace that had stopped working. This was on a Friday. It was determined that the furnace would have to be replaced. Got an appointment on Monday, they showed up earlier than expected(which was great with me), were professional, fair and got the new furnace installed quickly. I am very happy with the service I received.

  Universal Heating and Cooling was very responsive and I had an appointment within 24 hours. Very thorough and everything was fixed to our satisfaction. The technician Tyler was very friendly and personable! Will definitely use them again!
