  Today I saw Sam the technician. He did an amazing job restoring my A/C. What a nice and patient young man he was, explaining the parts to the breaking down of the bill. He was so pleasant. I would absolutely recommend Universal Heat & Air to everyone and I will definitely be calling for their services again, should I ever need them.

  I rarely post reviews, but feel compelled to due to Sam’s excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. Our AC unit broke on the hottest day of the summer and I called after 6pm, but Sam was able to come within the estimated 2 hours given and fixed the issue. Other places either couldn’t come until 2 days later or quoted high diagnostic fees. Would definitely use Universal again.

  The tech assigned from Universal was professional, courteous, and welcoming; he was methodical while examining our AC unit outside. The external fan was not spinning and he tested the capacitor and the contactor. Ultimately, the contactor had to get changed and I was getting cool air within 15 minutes. Finally, the dispatcher will consistently check-in with you and if the tech has followed up with a call. Overall, a great experience today with the team at Universal.
