  Several different help providers in there. Only dealt with thrive alliance. If yoi need help or info as a senior citizen l recommend calling them. United way mans the front desk and they were friendly and polite to me

  Every time that I've had to utilize the services at United Way here in Columbus, I'm always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and receive much more than the help I was/am in need of. I greatly appreciate each and every one there for the kindness I'm consistently shown. I especially adore the two wonderful ladies at the front desk, Mrs. Anne and Mrs. Connie. They're not just public servants, they've become like family to me and I hold them in the highest regard. Thank you everyone at United Way for all that you've done and continue to do for me💖
