  We used USS to do some waterproofing and wall stabilization in our basement. I've always heard of USS, but we've never had a need to use them. This issue popped up in our basement where we were getting water through the block and some of the walls were starting to bow in. We got several quotes for this work and decided to use USS on the job. Chris was great to deal with during the estimation process and he was really patient with us. He answered every question we had and then some. They're a local company, guarantee their work for life, and include a non-transferrable warranty. We were a little nervous when the crew showed up and work began. However, we couldn't have been more happy with Jason and his crew that did the work. They communicated, showed up when they said they would, performed quality work, cleaned up after each day, and followed up with me at the end of each day to see if I had any questions. Once the project was finished, we reviewed every aspect of the work and Jason wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. Jason and the crew left the jobsite that day after doing a full cleanup and even locked up our doors. I was shocked with how much customer service was given to us. In Jason's words, he wanted to treat our home like he would his own home. That meant a lot to us. We would not hesitate to use USS again in the future or recommend them to anyone!

  We contacted USS to come out and give an estimate for fixing fallen concrete around our neighborhood pool. Jason, the product manager came out and was very informative about his recommendation and what he would include in the quote. The quote was very reasonable so we awarded them the job. The work was scheduled very quickly and professionally. They checked with us a couple times to confirm the date and time we could expect them. On the day of the job, Evan the technician was right on time and ready to work. He did a great job and walked us around the work to make sure we were pleased with the job and his workmanship. If I ever need this type of work again I will definitely call on USS again. Great job!!!

  If I could give USS 20 stars I would but I will just put reviews anywhere I can to get the 20 stars. Lol i contacted USS and a few other company’s because of my crawl space kept getting tunnels due to moles drilling under the footer causing water to build up in my crawl space and eventually penetrate my basement wall. I had a temporary fix but was only ment to be temporary. I started contacting a few company’s for estimates and out of the 4 i encountered Ben Perkins who came out and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I knew exactly what I needed done and he sent me a estimate but to my surprise wasn’t bad at all I elected to have USS conduct the job. Fast forward 2 months I received a telephone call the day before my start date of 23 September 2021 from Dustin Barr who is the Master Foreman for my project. He called and let me know when they were starting. The next day he arrived I was getting ready to go to work and he wanted to show what all he was doing and asked where I wanted the discharge to run out of my home and where to pop it up in the yard we agreed on everything and let him do his work while I went to work. While at work I received a call asking if it’s ok to extend the drainage system another 10 feet so that the sump is on the basement wall I was happy he noticed that because honestly that’s where I wanted it to be. I agreed and he went back to crawling around my small crawl space. The next few days Dustin and his assistant David Adams not only completed excellent work he kept me well informed explaining what everything is and what it does. They didn’t make a mess they didn’t kill my grass they were both respectful of my home, my yard and to me. These 2 gentlemen especially Dustin are very focused on attention to detail and customer service. I highly recommend USS to complete any work at your home. Im also extremely happy I didn’t get a “ floating“ estimate because my biggest fear was the price continuing to go up as the job progressed. The price was EXACTLY the same price I received the day Mr. Perkins quoted it 2 months prior. Very satisfied customer and I’m able to sleep better during heavy rain not worrying about my crawl space anymore! -Services I received was a crawl space Drainage system, sump and sump pump and discharge out into the yard. And the entire crawl space Encapsulated .
