  I have always had exceptional service at United Refrigeration Gainesville. Brandon Strickland goes above and beyond every day to make sure his customers feel welcome and get what they need. He's helped me track down compressors and control boards by staying on hold countless times with manufacturers and other branches in the network. I hope that United Refrigeration managers and executives know what an asset Brandon is to their branch. Each time I enter the store, I am greeted by name. That alone means a lot these days. Brandon possesses every good quality that one looks for in a sales person. He is knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Brandon truly cares about all of his customers and wants what is best for them. This is why I buy as much of my supplies at United as I can. Other branches and distributors are a joke compared to this place. There is truly no comparison. As long as Brandon is around, this place can count on getting my business.

  Brandon is cool as the other side of the pillow. Him and John superman Porter are the glue that holds that place together. If you have any questions regarding heating refrigeration and air, and are in the gainesville area, ask for Brandon.

  I worked at this branch not too long ago and absolutely loved it! I was hired on as a driver/ warehouse manager and was in the process of being trained (by the best) Brandon, who still works there today. He’s awesome! Extremely knowledgeable on everything they sell and happily willing to go above and beyond for the customer. When someone walks in the door they’re not just another customer, Brandon treats them like family. Because of him and only him I give customer service 5 stars. I wish I had something good to say about the manager... but I got nothing. I still refer people to United every chance I get because I know if they don’t have what they’re looking for they will happily point them in the right direction. All in all United Refrigeration is an amazing company to work for and deal with and if you get the opportunity to visit the one In Gainesville Ga, do it!
