  Came in looking for parts and clean had all my serial numbers and everything and the old guy behind the counter told me that they didn’t have the “motherfucking” part I was looking for and I could go somewhere else to get it there was another middle age guy by the offices that said “oh bet he didn’t like that” I use to come here a lot to get my a/c supplies but now they lost my account and me as a customer these people are unprofessional and I will not be referring them to anybody that needs helping getting part Fergusons down the street is way more friendlier and way more helpful

  Genuinely skilled sales staff that offer it's expertise to those needing a little guidance. In the two visits I've had, both instances yielded great results and I've walked away learning something new. No wonder trade professionals utilize this resource and I'm thankful they are open to the general public! From the first Ukrainian to visit you; thank you for the great service!
