  HORRIBLE PHONE SUPPORT/HELP WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS FOR A SIMPLE REQUEST/PRICE FOR A REPLACEMENT COMPRESSOR. CALLED RIGHT BACK TO COMPLAIN AND GET ANSWER TO MY ORIGINAL QUESTION. A GUY NAMED GEORGE ANSWERED AND HELPED ME INSTANTLY. THANK YOU GEORGE. DON'T KNOW THE NAME OF THE GUY WHO PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS, OR HIS NAME WOULD HAVE BEEN POSTED.
