We needed to replace an old damper and a routine cleaning. Punctual, professional and knowledgeable about options. Very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of our service tech. Would recommend and use again

Logan , my service technician, was very professional, highly qualified and very knowledgeable. He gave several options, explained them answered all questions and left literature recapping the options. He was called to clean my woodstove chimney. After inspecting and documenting via camera, he did a great job. I have been very disappointed in the past by other professionals who never cleaned up after themselves. Logan did a very good job cleaning up and no soot got on the light carpet. I will be hiring them again for chimney repairs. Overall I am very satisfied.

Shawn was amazing. He arrived at our home at the scheduled time. He was very professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain the process of cleaning our chimney before he started the work.
