Unprofessional service from Michelle secretary to owner Nancy. Extremely overpriced and big rip off!! This is a family owned scam beware!!! Wait till warranty repairs come in as they over charge!! If possible DO NOT USE UNITED for your heating and cooling issues.

United install my furnace and central air over ten years ago & they do my yearly maintenance always professional  with excellent service.

United Heating and Cooling great experience. The service was prompt and quality of work excellent. All at a great price. It was great working with Michelle. Thanks for all your help. I love the guys. They were friendly and professional. I had a bad experience with another company prior to calling them out. They certainly  put my mind at ease with their care and workmanship from start to finish. So impressed with clean up. I will highly and gladly recommend  United to my friends and family. Thank you so much.

I have had great experiences with United Heating and Cooling. The service has been prompt and professional, the pricing competitive, the quality of the work excellent and they recommend what I need rather than what might be more profitable for them. Today for example, they walked me through a number of items to check before setting up a service call so I could avoid an unnecessary expense. I recommend them highly.

Great customer service! Very friendly,  professional and knowledgeable. I have a very old furnace that I needed a part for, thecpartcwas out dated, they made the part for me, I was so impressed that I told alot of my friends about J & J Heating and Cooling. I had excellent service last week when my furnace module went out.  United scheduled a service call ASAP, diagnosed and ordered the correct item. I installed the module and when I had questions United was on the phone to help me through until the end.

I had my new furnace installed on January 22, 2029. I watched them remove my 70 year old furnace and replace it with the new one. They did a great job and everything is working. I highly recommend them.

This company is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.

I had an air conditioning system installed and one month after the labor warranty expired, they said I needed a new motor. I would be responsible for the $1000+ labor. This was two months after they installed a water heater that we have had nothing but problems with and that United has been reluctant to make timely service calls to fix. They can't seem to get it right after three long wait time visits.

Regarding the air conditioning, it sounded fishy so I contacted another contractor who came out (quickly, unlike United) and said the motor was fine and did not need replacement. The system had to be reset and it worked just fine. Why couldn't United diagnose this?

Never again. The United staff and technicians are out for themselves and liars.

United heating is a very consistent company. They did their job and more in my new home. I read the negative feedback online. But don’t let those comments frighten you though. As living proof, they are an awesome company

House nice and cool thanks united.  great customer service 😋Had my unit a couple years now had some problems with it but that’s expected but when I called To try to schedule appointment for the repairs all I got was a very  rude person on the phone. Called flame they schedule appointment right away I didn’t have to   Fight with them to get someone out....
