  I work in the transportation industry and tried to speak to someone at United CoolAir about getting added on as a transportation provided but got hung up on twice. Not sure what there customer service is like from consumers but if its anything like the way i was treated business to business then it cant be good.

  Sorry for experience Dragan. I work near the front office and hear all the calls that come in but do not recall anyone being hung up on. As of now we have no need for additional transportation services but this is more likely a problem with your phone service.

  Great product. Perfect for retrofit and replacement and their Therm-Air portable line is the best you can get.
