  I have used this business for 3 years,they call before coming and show up on time, very professional,courteous and knowledgeable. I have never been pressured to get more services,just informed about the condition of my Hvac. The work is done quickly and they clean up any mess they make. Thank you to my Tech Reik Brandon

  Phillip came out and did the Maintenance on our Units today and he was so very professional and THROUGH. He explained everything to me upfront about all of the things he would be looking at and actually showed me pics of what my coils and and unit looked like before and after. I am actually impressed because I never knew the maintenance checks were that detailed. Phillip made me feel very comfortable and trusting of the service I received today. I will HIGHLY recommend United Air Temp to everyone I know, thanks to my experience with Phillip. He also had a trainee with him, Cedric. I can honestly say that I know Cedric is good hands with Phillip and will get the best training Unite Air Temp has to offer, thanks to Phillip! Thank You, Unite Air Temp for employing such great people of Professional Standards! :)

  I had a home warranty and was talked into getting a new AC. I was told the American Standard was the same make as a Trane. I paid 9500 dollars for a unit to cool a 1300 square foot home. The initial install was done with wires exposed and electrical tape on them. I was told a new box would be built but the installer did not do this instead the new unit was smaller and they just caulked the hell out of the 2 inch gap. The filter door wouldn't drop down and the unit made noises inside and out. It is very loud. I called and complained and they sent a technician out who acknowledged it was louder than normal and said he would contact the manufacturer. He was also supposed to measure for a wall box for a filter to fix the issue with a door. He also said I needed a smaller breaker that I had a 30 amp and needed a 25 amp. Scheduled a third day to come out. Third day off work. When he showed up the filter box did not fit and the breaker was the wrong one. I am now waiting again for a new filter box and a new breaker. In the mean time the unit outside is still loud, and the unit inside is still whistling. I will need to take a fourth day off work once they get the items in again. Not sure why everything wasn't checked properly on the second visit. For $9500 I expected better quality and service.
