  I used United Air Duct Cleaning to clean out my dryer vent. They DID NOT do a good job!!! The two technicians who came to clean the vent told me they had thoroughly cleaned the vent pipe. When they were finished there was still no air coming out the dryer vent. One of the technicians told me I may have an issue with vent pipe itself; although, he could not specify what the issue was. But he told me he had run a camera through the entire length of the vent line and it was clear. When the technicians left, they left a huge mess in my house!! They tracked mud through my kitchen and living room, got mud all over our brand new carpet, left mud all over the laundry room floor and left lint under and behind my dryer. If they had actually cleared the vent pipe, I probably wouldn't be so ticked, but I tried using my dryer over the next several days and still had to run the dryer four to five times to dry a load of laundry. I called another company to come see if they could find anything wrong with the dryer vent pipe since the previous technician told me that might be the problem. Nope!! The second company that came to take a look stuck their camera in the vent pipe and several feet in, they found my line was completely clogged. Not just a little clogged! It was completely clogged for several feet!! The second company (which I would highly recommend!!) actually cleared the line and now my dryer works just fine. I paid United Air Duct Cleaning $149 to do absolutely nothing. They didn't clean out the dryer vent pipe, and I ended up spending more money to clean the mud out of my carpets and have someone else come do the job I paid them to do!! Not happy!! The picture attached shows the clogged vent after United Air Duct Cleaning told me they had cleaned the vent pipe. That gray cloudy part is all lint!

  I needed my dryer vent to be cleaned after it became clogged. I found Ronald and he did not disappoint. He was very responsive to my calls and was willing to come by the same day to take care of the issue. He was extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend his services to others and will use him again if I have vent issues in the future.

  Jose and his team were prompt and worked quickly. Seemed to be very knowledgeable. I had my dryer vent cleaned at the same appointment and they were done within an hour. Both very fair and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company.
