  One of my a/c units shut down and would only turn back on sporadically. I called United A/C at the end of the work day and I spoke with Maggie. She was very professional and receptive to my issue. She was able to schedule a service technician for the next morning. She also suggested that we do the regular maintenance on the other a/c units at the same time since I would be due in a month. The technician, Andrew was at the house at the scheduled time and was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed the problem and educated me on the reason why the system shut down. He then proceeded to fix the issue and perform the regular maintenance. He completed the work in a timely and made sure the work area was clean. I use United for all of my a/c maintenance and repairs and would not hesitate to refer them to a friend.

  United did an outstanding job on a full service home AC tune up and duct cleaning. I had them install a UV light as well. They were on time and very professional. All three of the techs (Andrew, Carlos and Patrick) were knowledgeable and professional. Thank you United!!!
