  You'll want to read this: I waited 15 months to write this review so that I would have an accurate account of my experience with Unique, and the function of my new system across all seasons. It can be a challenge to find tradespeople that deliver in terms of craftsmanship and customer service. It can be even harder to find a company that truly honors their work long after they've cashed your hard earned check. After collecting bids and proposals from seven HVAC companies, Unique was the ONLY one to actually do load calculation and use math to determine what kind of furnace I needed, and what duct modifications would be best for making troublesome rooms in my house more comfortable. This is important because every single house is different, especially older ones. Fact of the matter is that sometimes the plan can change once an installation is underway, or the outcome might not deliver exactly what was expected. In the 18 months following the installation of my high efficiency furnace and AC, Unique's team went out of their way to deliver on and exceed my expectations. They always made me feel validated, and even made some adjustments long after the installation just to make sure that things were correct and to my satisfaction. The end result is that my home is now incredibly comfortable year-round, and even when it was 10° outside over this last weekend, that troublesome room was the same temp as the rest of my house. Not only this, but by going with the system that was calculated best for my home, my energy usage has gone down dramatically. All in all I am pleased with Unique, and I am a customer for life. As a Realtor my clients depend on me for contractor recommendations; from now on Unique will be at the top of my list for HVAC.

  Unique indoor comfort was great to work with! Our HVAC went kaput and we needed a whole new system quickly. They provided a quote quickly and were very responsive in answering questions. They were able to schedule us for an install in less than a week! Our install crew, Mike and Dave, did a great job. They were professional and personable and made sure that everything was done properly and that we were comfortable before they left. They even addressed a weird duct connection from whenever the last unit was installed. Highly recommend!

  For two years now, Unique has been "my" company for boiler service, they also replaced my gas water heater, reinstalled a radiator and this week they installed my new Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system. Always professional, courteous, prompt and neat. And this latest install was incredible. It's not easy to install these systems in 100-year-old row houses without many outside walls, but the 2-man crew did it in two days and I could not be more pleased with them, the work and my new system. Price, too! Layee and his co-worker were polite, kept my house clean (left it cleaner than they found it, actually!), talked me through every step and let me make informed decisions. (Note: I've been spoiled because I lived for years in Germany where people in the trades are very well trained and one can usually expect them to do excellent work. Coming back to the States, I'm so often disappointed by the lack of professionalism in my search for pros to help me update this old house!) Unique Indoor Comfort is the exception to that and I'm glad I found them! Very well trained and absolute perfectionists! The price was humane, too!
