  Really appreciate this company and their responsiveness. We had an issue on the weekend and Bill made time in his Saturday schedule to come out and take a look and gave us an honest opinion on what we needed. He gave us options and was kind and professional. The office was just as helpful and kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This is definitely a company we will use again and recommend to friends.

  Underwood’s Heating and Air is awesome! Our A/C quit at our office and they were able to respond quickly and repair it for a very fair price. I really appreciate the experience all the way from speaking with Todd and Stephanie to get scheduled, to working with Bill when he came out for the repair. THANK YOU!

  I don’t think we would of survived another night without them... it was 38 degrees in the house! With the Texas Freeze and no electricity our heater unit froze up! I called them first thing this morning and even with the snow falling and ice covering the roads they were here at the house within the hour!!! Bill was fantastic and fixed our unit and told me how to do it if it froze up again... Besides being professional they were compassionate and extremely caring about our situation! He was even offering a generator if it wasn’t out of town! You don’t get this kind of service ANYWHERE except from “down home good people” THANK YOU SOO VERY MUCH!!!
