  I contacted Underwood's in August to get our heating ducts cleaned. we made app. for September 10th at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. came no one was here. I called Underwood's, spoke to Mr. Underwood; the machine was broke and it should be fixed in a couple weeks. he assured me he had my number and name and would call me as soon as the machine was fixed. It's now December 2nd and I've not heard from them. Would not recommend.
