Really great service from start to finish! I never thought I would put in a service request through my home warranty co. on New Years Eve for a faulty thermostat/furnace, and have it fixed same day! The appointment process was simple and the tech arrived early. He took his time to diagnose the issue, replaced a faulty part and ran diagnostic check-up, as it had been years since I had my HVAC serviced. I was so pleased that my heat was restored same day, what a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Our refrigerator and freezer quit working on Thanksgiving. We went through the steps for our warranty to cover the repair. We were so fortunate to have Umbrella Appliances Service & Repair selected by our warranty company and sent to our home. Our service person, Said Kamouni, in addition to being so very nice, was also extremely knowledgeable and accurate in his assessment of what was wrong. He had the equipment and what was needed to confirm the cause, and, he had the parts needed to complete the repair. He explained everything to us and said to wait 24 hours to ensure it was working as it should, we did, and the refrigerator and freezer are working wonderfully. We also followed up with him the next day, as he asked, so we could confirm everything was working correctly. We highly recommend this company and we are so appreciative of the professionalism and ability of Said.

I am totally impressed with the service I got today. Said (one of the founders) showed up right on time after letting me know he was on the way, negotiated a warranty-covered repair for parts and labor with the manufacturer, and performed the repair expertly and quickly. I will definitely use Umbrella Appliance the next time I have an appliance problem. I could not possibly be more pleased.
