Highly recommend Ultra Heating and Cooling. I had a 20 year old furnace and AC that had lived their best lives. The Ultra team did a wonderful job of helping me find their replacements along with a new water heater. From beginning to end, Nick answered my questions to ensure I was knowledgeable and happy with the system I selected and that it was within my budget. Jason and Marcus then did an awesome job of installing everything with care and precision. The team works together like the fine oiled machines that they service and sell. Thank you, Monica, Scott, Nick, Jason and Marcus - I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Routine heat pump and furnace tune-up after a high monthly electric bill. Scott was my technician and as always did a great job, was very timely and respectful throughout the appointment. This is the second personal home of mine that I have had Ultra (and Scott) work on, and I always trust Ultra to do a great job and go above and beyond.

PROBLEMS! As much as we may try, not everything goes perfectly. How a company handles when problems occur is a true sign of their quality. I've used them more than once and am currently (and will continue to be) a member of their maintenance plan and when we did have an experience that was less than the stellar service we expected from Ultra were extremely quick, thorough, and attentive to address any concerns and ensure that we were both pleased with the outcome. This instills even more confidence that they are the right choice for us and our properties.
