  Update: We have now received a personal check from our contact person with this company for a full refund. (01/04/21) Original Review: We ordered a 200DX in October 2019 and prepaid the entire amount of $2462. Ultimateair never could provide this product and has never refunded our money. Multiple requests have been made with no response. Do not deal with this unethical company!

  Updating my review. After a couple of months, I was contacted by a staff member and it appears that a part is on its way. Apparently one person is working one day a week. It is a sad situation. Original post: Zero response to multiple inquiries. They appear to be out of business. It’s very unfortunate that the product is really good until something needs to be replaced. My DX200 is now out of service for lack of one replacement part. $3k wasted. I will update this review if they ever decide to make it right.

  I installed there ER80M unit into my house in 2018. The air is so fresh and clean. The install was very easy. Ultimate Air provided great customer service in problem solving any issue or question I had. Their units are very easy to maintain with washable filters. They are very quiet and efficient. If you are contemplating an ERV this would be a great purchase.
