  For a small local paper they do mediocre. Investing in spell check would be a great investment. Some employees act as if they are more important then other because they write or should I say misspell for the news. Very self opinion based writers. Many times writing things that are irrelevant just to fill space.

  Advertising, obituaries, and other space is incredibly expensive in this publication. Articles are often unexciting and resemble filler content. Topics beyond the local are rarely discussed. Rather than purchasing a subscription to the Uinta County Herald or their online photo copy, do yourself a favor and read from one of the other quality offerings available online instead.

  I'm not a big fan of this newspaper. Personally, I always felt like it was full of some 'yellow journalism' and half baked facts... no wonder it is struggling... then again, good for them... there is little competition for them.
