  If you want honest, straightforward service — without the run-around so typical in furnace repair — call Thomas. His company, US Forced Air, is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I called him after hassling for a year with Pacific Sheet Metal about second-rate, incomplete repair work and over-billing, and he nailed the latest issue in 5 minutes, educating (empowering) me in the process. I had used PSM for over 5 years. They just lost a loyal customer. I’m calling Thomas from now on!

  Thomas Straza has serviced our Munchkin natural gas heating unit several times over the last 5+ years, and has been able to accurately trouble-shoot problems and repair them effectively. He also made recommendations to correct problems with the way the unit was installed originally; we followed up on these recommendations with him, and our unit has run without trouble since then. Thomas has come up with sensible solutions for us, in contrast to other bids we've solicited where the other service providers suggested solutions that were 'over-fixing' our unit and more costly. US Forced Air has always been very professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. From our experience, we believe Thomas is fair and honest, and genuinely wants to keep customers by providing quality service.

  Not only did Thomas fix our heating problems, he took the time to show me how our air and water heating combo system worked, even though he was working double duty with the normal office staff out for the day. His service was extremely professional and replaced clogged components and added glycol to the system to help prevent future problems. In addition, he provided recommendations of companies that may offer cleaning of our flexible ducts that 3 other companies said could not be cleaned. I would recommend U.S. Forced Air and Thomas to anyone needing air system service.
