  I should’ve written this review a month ago but I’ve been enjoying the cool air indoors and I totally forgot to thank the people who made it possible. If you’ve gone through the ordeal of getting estimates for new HVAC units you know what a trial it can be. We dutifully called six different companies for estimates, out of the 6 only 3 responded. Of the 3 companies to give us estimates these guys were the cheapest BY FAR (literally by several thousand dollars). Not to mention they were able to do it sooner than anyone else. After seeing the first two estimates we got I was floored at how new units could cost as much as a new car, but then pleasantly surprised when I found this company and they had top-quality units at a fantastic price. Not to mention they took pity on us and even loaned us a portable air conditioner to use while we waited our turn. There was some small delay in getting parts because of the whole COVID-19 mess, but they kept me updated every step of the way and got here to install just as soon as all parts were delivered. The crew arrived when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would do and left with our vents blowing a cool 66 degrees!! The crew were all super friendly and super patient with my little puppy who was following them around and trying to chew their shoes and eat their tools and generally just get in their way. You can tell that they’ve installed many units as a team and they work together so well. I was very comfortable having them in my home, they were great. I’m not sure what else I can say, other than I have nothing but respect for the company and 100% highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

  Thank you U&R for your diagnostics and repair on my heating system. I started it up knowing that cooler damper weather was on the way and had a very strange noise coming from the unit. After calling U&R the response time was incredible ,even though I was not going to be using the heat right away. Bobby came out and diagnosed the problem and immediately discussed the options and the cost. I was very impressed to have my system running smoothly in less than an hour and with no additional fees. I will highly recommend U&R to all my friends.

  We called to have our furnace serviced before the colder weather comes and was so impressed with the fact that not only did they check everything out to make sure it was going to run correctly but they also now have protection plans that I purchased that will help me to save money in the future should I need it. The cost of the protection plan is so much cheaper than having to pay out of pocket for any repairs I may need. Thank you so much Bobby and team for always being there when I need you. Just a reminder to my neighbors this is the same company I have told you about for years they are formally known as Up and Running Heating and Air!!!! Call them for all your needs they are awesome!!!
