  Alexis was awesome. He called and gave me advance notice to his scheduled visit and came on time. He was professional and thorough! He took time to ask questions and listened to my responses. After examining the issues, he explained the situation and what he had repaired. He also gave advice which was appreciated! Benefits of purchasing a carbon monoxide detector were discussed, he thoroughly explained how to tell the differences in a fantastic one vs a basic model. I will endorse him to others when opportunities arise!
