We bought a airconditioner from them, and we need have them come out to repair it every 3 to 4 months.

Phillipe was wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Price was very reasonable.

They were no show after stating that they were coming the next day. I had to text one of the technicians the next day to see when they were coming which I didn’t get a reply after 24 hrs when I decided to text him again. A new date was given to me which later on was cancelled for another day. When they came and my thermostats were installed I was told that there was a glitch in the system but that air conditioner was working and that the technician was going to communicate with the owner and let me know what they could do. Shortly after they left, I noticed that the air in both of my toddler and newborn. rooms wasn’t working. I called him and stated what I’ve found and that I couldn’t  keep my kids more than a day in a hot room. I’ve have called today and left a message and no one has return my call.

I am sorry that we have not been able to connect with phone calls. We have called you first thing yesterday morning and left a message. But, we never received a return call from you. We could not send out a service tech without knowing that someone would be home. I see that you are on the schedule for today. We are very ready to correct your issues.

After calling a few different local HVAC companies and not getting the results I wanted, I asked around at work, and was referred to Two Amigos by a colleague. I called them to see what they could do, and I'm glad I did. The technician found the problem and was able to quickly repair it at a fair price. I really appreciated the level of professionalism and quality of service I received. I would not hesitate to call this company again if I ever need service.
