  I can't say enough to praise twin oaks and the service we get. The dedication to amazing customer service is so appreciated. All while being completely honest and professional on the job! I've never had any concern with any of their techs and their work is always great! Cory was here today and I can't brag enough on his work and professional integrity! Aside from a now warm house, there's not any trace that they were even here! This momma appreciates this wonderful company more than you'll ever know now that I don't have to worry about the cold nights and keeping kiddos warm. Cory, thanks again for sticking with it and getting us warm again!

  We have recently switched to Twin Oaks for our commercial freezer units. We are impressed over and over again by their timeliness, communication, efficiency and accuracy. They are also always pleasant when working in the restaurant and on the phone.
