  I had had enough with the oppressive heat in my house! I decided to buy a mini split air conditioner and hook it up myself by watching youtube videos. The only thing I felt uncertain about was the refrigerant lines. A friend recommended Joel Turner. He came out beforehand to see what he was getting into, haha! Like most skilled professionals, he probably shakes his head a little over DIY people like me and our Youtube tutorials. Nevertheless, he was willing to help me out. He gave me some pointers on what to watch out for as I finished my install. (This was all part of his initial visit, which he didn't charge me for.) When I was ready for him, he came out as soon as the weather was right (it needed to be a certain temperature to help with the vacuum process.) He cut, flanged, and vacuumed my lines lickety split. Then he made sure the AC turned on and did what it was supposed to. And he cleaned up after himself! I was pleased with the rate, which was affordable and fair. I highly recommend Joel for any heating and cooling needs.

  Our air conditioning went out around 9 pm on Saturday night during a heat wave. Joel saved us! He showed up on Sunday around 1 Pm and had it fixed within half an hour. We will definitely use him for all our air conditioning and heating needs from here on.

  Joel's a great guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and skilled on top of all of that, he is a damn hard worker. I would recommend him to anyone needing work done! Very reasonable guy.
