  Refuse to work on my A / C unit because I wasn't able to perches it from them so called Reece heating and air they had no problem taking care of me.

  Yes, we did refuse to work on it but only AFTER we gave a price and he chose not to use us for a new install because our price was more expensive. We are a small company and we have to take care of our new installs and loyal customers first and foremost
